Evacuation Preparedness: Fun

Stress levels can rise quickly in an emergency situation.  Add to the emergency the possiblity of evacuation and you may have an added level of stress.  This week's task will help you be prepared to cope better.

This week's task
Put a card game or other small portable game in your grab and go bag from last month.  Crayons and coloring books or activity books will work well to keep little ones occupied.

When you are in the evacuation center, wherever that may be, playing games will help to keep your minds occupied as you wait.

Home Inventory Task cont'd
Set aside 5-15 minutes each day during this week to take an inventory of the items in your kitchen.
